Holiday Pixels by Bear: privacy

Holiday Pixels by Bear is a separate iPhone and iPad app developed by James Campbell JR. It has no separate player account and does not ask for your name, email, contacts, location or advertising identifier. It includes no advertising, device fingerprinting or third-party analytics. The offline Bear’s Color by Numbers apps have different purchase and data practices, described in their shared privacy policy.

Coloring stored on your device

Coloring progress, favorites, preferences and local recovery copies stay in Holiday’s separate app storage. Coloring is not uploaded to the content service or synchronized between devices. You can erase coloring in Settings. Your coloring stays saved when subscription access ends. Removing a downloaded collection keeps its previews and saved coloring.

Device backups follow your Apple settings. Deleting the app can remove local coloring; restoring a subscription restores access, not lost coloring.

Subscriptions, trials and downloads

Apple processes subscription purchases, payments, restoration and introductory-trial eligibility. We do not receive payment-card details. An active subscription or eligible trial is required to color the released catalog.

To authorize protected picture downloads, the app sends signed Apple purchase evidence to the content service. The service verifies it for the request without creating player accounts or retaining customer purchase histories in its application database. Short-lived download credentials and limited on-device verification evidence support access; they do not create permanent ownership of pictures.

Connections, security and support

The content service and hosting providers process connection information, such as IP addresses, needed to deliver requests, operate the service and protect it from misuse. Our content service is hosted on Microsoft Azure. Hosting providers may retain technical security or operational logs under their service settings. We do not use connection information for advertising, device fingerprinting or third-party analytics.

If you contact support, we receive the information you send and use it to respond. We retain correspondence as needed to handle your request, keep appropriate support records and meet applicable obligations. Please do not send passwords, payment details or personal information about children. You can contact us about information you supplied to support or make a privacy request.

Apple and device services

Apple’s purchase, backup and testing services operate under Apple’s policies and your settings. If you test through TestFlight, Apple may make testing information, crash reports and feedback available to the developer. This is separate from the app’s own data handling.

Optional spoken color guidance uses your device’s speech services and selected voice. Those services may use network connections under their own settings and policies. See Apple’s Privacy Policy and Apple’s TestFlight privacy information.

Your choices

Manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting the app or erasing coloring does not cancel billing. Holiday has no separate player account to sign out of or delete. Local-coloring erasure is separate from Apple subscription management.

This webpage

This page uses no advertising, analytics scripts, cookies or browser storage. Visiting a webpage sends ordinary connection information to its hosting infrastructure, which may record access logs. This is separate from coloring data.
